Mohamed Bile

Mohamed is a PhD researcher at the ICARUS research centre in the Department of Geography at Maynooth University, supervised by Professor Conor Murphy and Professor Peter Thorne.

With over a decade of professional experience in meteorological observation, forecasting, and climate services, Mohamed now focuses his doctoral research on previously unobserved (“UNSEEN”) hydroclimatic extremes across the island of Ireland. He holds an MSc in Climate Change, an MA in Environment, Development and Peace, a Postgraduate Diploma in Meteorology, and a BSc in Environmental Science.
